i want to gain 15 pounds of rock hard muscle also loose some body fat.. im not sure wut it is now lol but i know i need to
Goal (Long):
i have always liked sports and football and was always intersted in the size of some of the players. i kinda wanted to be like that and also i always wanted to act or model so i want to keep in shape for that and also so maby one day i could be one of those football players.
I saw you had the super gainers fuel as a supp you were taking. Are you still taking it? How did it work for you? Can you tell me more about it please?
Too bad about the setback - I no how frustrating those can be, especially if it's because of illness. But it sounds like you're back on track. Hang in there and good luck!
More will come . . . I'm all about giving to successful ventrues. What goes around comes around. And when i see drive and talent, I'd be a fool NOT to pitch in -- after all, to improve a fellow bodybuilder only makes MY sport a better place to be, right?
By the way you asked the question it SOUNDS like you already KNOW something -- or were TOLD something useful at some point. In other words, I think you KNOW your answer, and are more looking for a BETTER EXPLANATION of WHY. Look, there are almost no "wrong exercises", just wrong implementation. YOUR FIRST TASK IS TO SEEK ANSWERS TO COMPLEX QUESTIONS IN A COMMENT WINDOW, where you only get 500 characters! LOL! This is a LONGER conversation!
Getting lean is NOT the result of WHAT you eat. It is the result of WHEN and HOW. there is no "wrong food", only "wrong timing". (I am going to be blogging on this topic soon, so check with my blog frequently.) You need to learn to apply the food to the time you need it. As far as losing muscle mass, this is common -- but it is NOT TYPICALLY A "true loss", only that the muscle cells are less "inflated". it is a longer explanation than can be put here in a comment, though...
