How I Started:
when i joined the army it really changed my life... for the better it made me for one believe i can overcome anything that was brought my way. when i hit the gym i wasnt the skinniest girl but i still did my thing.. 2 years later i went from being an oversized american to tearin it up still in the gym!
Why I Love It:
i get this high from it and its something nothing else can give you!
How I Stay Motivated:
i am constanstly checking out females that are more fit than i am and it makes me push myself that much ahrder in the gym to reach my goals... no one can slow me down nor stop me!!
BB Accomplishments:
back in 2007 i battled depression from my father passing away and that is where alot of my weight came from. my highest weight i was at was 240, and i wanted to loose weight so desperatly i ended up resulting to anorexia and bulimia, i over came that and i joined the army and 2 years later i have dropped over 80lbs and still dropping and trying to reach my goals.
i was diagonosed with breast cancer.. i had it in 2009 i was sent to germany and even though i over came it,I AM A SURVIVOR! i want thank you to all who has helped me along the way keepin my head high....
but let me tell ya baby im doing it right! and never have i had this type of attention from people it is def amazing when old friends see me, goign from 240 AND NOW!! DO WORK BABY!
First off he's in teh army and over here jsut like i am and he has accomplished so much... everytime i need inspiration i look at his pics... deff amazing
SATERDAY- cardio slow run 6.5 (10 min mile) for 3 miles. then the elliptical for 30 mins with multilevel insensty.
legs- squats 10 reps of 10lbs, 10 reps of 20lbs, 10 reps of 25lbs.
one leged roman dead lifts- 40lb 10 reps 30 sec rest then 2 more sets.

you just keep doing what you are doing and let me worry about that when I get there. Plenty of time right now to tone up and focus on your diet, I will keep you informed.
well like I said I will be there around March or April and I will be working with a couple Soldiers who are stationed there as well and they are thinking of competing as well and if you are interested I can help you register for a show in Springfield that will be coming up soon. Just let me know if you are interested or not.
