Hey brother. Workouts are getting intense. i now go 2 times day... 90 minutes cardio day on 4 days... and intense supersets and trying go heavy as can. but diet is more strict.. not many days of etouffee and beans and rice. haha. How about you? I miss Baton Rouge... and Perkins Rd. whoo hoo!
