What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
shoulders it has been hurting off and on for about 3 years
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-14 reps per set, i get a better pump doing lighter weight and high reps

Hey brother.
Workouts are getting intense. i now go 2 times day... 90 minutes cardio day on 4 days... and intense supersets and trying go heavy as can. but diet is more strict.. not many days of etouffee and beans and rice. haha.
How about you? I miss Baton Rouge... and Perkins Rd. whoo hoo!
