i broke my foot and went from 225 to benching 275. wut u want to do is high sets and low reps. like i do 10 sets of 3. start out with a weight u can do then around the 5 or 6 set start going hardcore weight. and if u really want to go hardcore intense idk wut products your on but nano vapor man works awesome. But i was also benching 3 days a week.

Thanks man, no problem. I started using the True Mass cause I went to the store once to buy Cyto Gainer and the store was out of it so I decided to give it a try. It is a really good product but I still think the Cyto Gainer is probably better, at least it gave me more results. Im probably going back to it once the True Mass I have is gone.
