I am working around some old injuries, but thanks to inspiration from I get from these pages, esp. gijanie,I am on my way!
Currently, I am going slow, ( an inch is a cinch, a yard is hard), but already feel better, just being able to Feel my muscles!
I am learning my way around these pages and as I see more and more of your stories and progress you have made I gaining motivation and inspiration.

Get back to being able to drink a gallon of water while working and still be lbs. lighter at the end of the day!
I remember how great it felt to work out,and be strong.
Getting there is great fun again!
ghostdance This weekend was R& R. Went to the woods, where my medicine is. Walked where there are no trails. Met deer, elk, and found a beaver pond!

ghostdance Sore yesterday. Went heavy (for me) felt great. Later a massage. The therapist said I would be even more sore today. So Right! Going slow.
