In the short term, I need to get under 20% BF. I plan on doing this through lifting 3 days a week and cardio 5 days a week. I will complete 12 weeks of the Ripptoe program and see what gains in strength I can make while focusing primarily on my diet and cardio to loose some chub.

thanks man, congrats on the baby, it was really hitting the diet, once I did that I strolled along easily, got out of the diet a bit and man its hard to get back on the diet to the T again, especially with the holidays. Knee is good now, using Testify to help with that (Cissus)
Congrats on the new family addition. let me know how Ripptoes goes, theres many good basic 5x5 variations that work wonders as well. I love keeping things basic
Thanks, I appreciate the good things you said. Just stick to it, make sure you do both cardio and weight lifting, and you can look way better then me. Just don't give up!
