Back Bumps Starting Out
Starting to loose some of the back fat and see some new bumps. Can't wait to see my back get more bumps.
Been working out for 8 months and lost 15 lbs. My goal is to get my body fat under 20%.

In pursuit of my body composition goals I have noticed one thing.  To stick to one training program longer than four weeks before I try something else is dang tough.  It seems like I am always finding something that will do it better that whatever I am doing at the time.  I don't think...

Honestly I think it's the holidays, but getting back on the horse and keeping on you know...just hard. I will explain in more detail personally.

thanks man, congrats on the baby, it was really hitting the diet, once I did that I strolled along easily, got out of the diet a bit and man its hard to get back on the diet to the T again, especially with the holidays. Knee is good now, using Testify to help with that (Cissus)
