Back Bumps Starting Out
Starting to loose some of the back fat and see some new bumps. Can't wait to see my back get more bumps.
Been working out for 8 months and lost 15 lbs. My goal is to get my body fat under 20%.

I want to be lean and strong.

In the short term, I need to get under 20% BF. I plan on doing this through lifting 3 days a week and cardio 5 days a week. I will complete 12 weeks of the Ripptoe program and see what gains in strength I can make while focusing primarily on my diet and cardio to loose some chub.

thanks man, congrats on the baby, it was really hitting the diet, once I did that I strolled along easily, got out of the diet a bit and man its hard to get back on the diet to the T again, especially with the holidays. Knee is good now, using Testify to help with that (Cissus)
