How I Started:
I work with a 50 yr old man that can squat 475lbs and thought "Holly crap, if he can do this at 50 what the hell am I doing at 37!!!"
Why I Love It:
The feeling of strength and well being is an awsome rush.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my 2 boys everyday and say to myself" I will be around to watch them succeed because I stay healthy"
BB Accomplishments:
Not really bodybuilding but I'm able to run 5 miles at a good clip without stopping for breaks. My cardio workouts are great!
