That's sucks man, it always makes it easier to workout with a friend. What happened? I heard Golds Gym isn't bad. Yea man, my metabolism is no help at all. lol But I'll take whatever I can get.

I'm actually doing alright man. I've been really good about my daily protein intake and I'm gradually starting to gain some weight. How about you?

Decent so far man. I'm getting a lot stronger, but I'm not really seeing any improvements in my calves. My quads are looking pretty good though.

Yeah, consistancy is what does it. So far, I've just taken N.O. Explode and Cell Mass. With a little Whey protein thrown into the mix. My biggest problem would have to be with the protein shakes, I just can bring myself to drink the three I need daily. ha

So far I just take one scoop, but on days like arms, and leg days I try to take two. But I'll just take two from now on.

I actually use N.O. Explode right now, as well as Cell Mass. I just ordered a Whey bag of protein, and I'll do as advised, and try to get three a day. Thanks again.

You didn't sound like a dick man, it's cool. But it's just really difficult to put on pounds right now and I don't really know why. I've been trying to get my body weight in protein, and I'm seeing some resutls. But slowly.

Yeah I just tried to fix it but it's not working? Sorry about that, I'm not trying to lie or anything, I'm just new to the site.
