This is what I looked like before I started lifting.
I weighted about 120.
My body fat percentage was about 4.5%.
And I was just an overall skinny person.
After 9 months of dedicating my self to lifting 4 days a week, and having a great workout plan. This is my most current progress picture.
Yeh it does suck lol - he pulled his groin muscle so he's out for a while.. poor guy. So, now I'm looking for someone else to train with. Yeh I might check out Gold's..
Doing well bro - actually took a week off - needed a break.. Also my workout partner got injured so it's been rough but I'm pushing through it. I'm going to look at gym's tomorrow though cause I need to commit to somewhere! Glad to hear you're making gains brom that's hard to do and from the looks of it, you seem to have a fast metabolism so props bro!
Also forgot to tell you - I'm taking N.O, Synthesize - pre-workout supplement - it's working great also! It dialates the veins to rush blood to the muscle for a better pump and recovery -
Yeh dude I hear ya bro - try this- get a decent tasting vanilla one - I'm taking Cytosport and it's freakin awesome bro - you should try it - and try mixing it with pineapple juice.. it was great no doubt! Also the chocolate one's good too.. That's the only one that's tasted decent to me so far.. Just try mixing something in with it.
Thanks man - yeh just gotta keep it goin I guess. I've found that consistency in going and working out is the best medicine..just gotta push yourself hard. btw - you takin any supplements to gain? if so what are you takin?
I hear ya on the skinny legs bro. I do calves every other day, at least 10 sets and I'm finally starting to see major growth and vascularity. I'll try to get some progress pics soon.
good man, I take about 2 scoops 30mins before work out. my buddy use to take 3 1/2 while working out. It's different for everything but N.O.-Explode is like one the #1 supplements out there.
the best thing man to increase size and get a great pump is no-explode worked wonders for me. otherwise 100% whey protein 3 times a day. Also, look up a site where it calculates ur calorie intake in order to gain weight that way you can have a round about number of what you need to eat.
not a problem I didn't mean to sound like a dick, anything lifting advice you need I'm not a expert but I know alot I use to weigh 115lbs when i was in 5th grade lol.
lol no problem bro best to write the one max rep, cause when u put like i bench 180lbs 10 times it always give you a outta whack number. You got good abs going! keep at it.
