How I Started:
Started working out with weights along time ago. I have been doing it on & off since then. I started working out again in the beginning of November. I am tired of being overweight and eating fast food multiple times per week.
Why I Love It:
It gives me more energy and makes me feel better about myself. It also gives me a chance to get away from the madness in my house, with the kids(LOL).
How I Stay Motivated:
I read all the success stories on BB.com, I can see a change already, & I want to show my family & friends that I can stick to it and reach the goals I have set for myself.

Way to go. I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Continually challenge yourself. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish

Gotcha, well you are doing great man, but when you mix it with milk it has to break down the milk AND the protein so it doesn't get into your system as quick as with just water. Just a little heads up if you didn't know that. Keep up the great work man!
