How I Started:
Started working out with weights along time ago. I have been doing it on & off since then. I started working out again in the beginning of November. I am tired of being overweight and eating fast food multiple times per week.
Why I Love It:
It gives me more energy and makes me feel better about myself. It also gives me a chance to get away from the madness in my house, with the kids(LOL).
How I Stay Motivated:
I read all the success stories on BB.com. Working out makes me feel better about myself and the progress I've made is awesome!
