I took a year off but now I'm back at it for the 2009 season. I will be doing the NGA Utah again April 11th. After that I'm heading up to Idaho for a show up there. Thanks for answering my question and keep up the good work and I wish you continued success! Be safe.

Congrats on the Flex Bikini Model win!! Question: Is that Shane Stewart(or do you know) squatting the 540 lbs on the video you posted? He's a good guy, he beat me for the overall NGA Utah title in 2007. Anyway, good luck in the future and be safe. G

Thanks for the comment, sorry it took me so long to reply...been out of town. I remember you too, you looked really good as well. Good luck this year, I'll be sitting out the Utah this year, have to heal my shoulder and take a break. I'm training my buddy for the Utah this year in the novice division, he will be hard to beat.
