How I Started:
When I was in high school, I was into sports like baseball, track and even powerlifting even though it was only for a season. Afterwards, I was hooked. However, when I went to college I fell off the bandwagon and gained some pounds. So, I decided that I didn't want to be a slob or a couch potato, so I didn't to be more lean and fit.
Why I Love It:
I definitely love staying in shape and getting healthy. Working out definitely gives me that boost of energy that I need to get through the day, plus it increases my confidence as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am self-motivated. Usually, I would imagine myself with an athletic and sculpted physique and then I would burn that imagine into my mind. Everyday, I think about end results. Every now and then, I cheat on my healthy eating habits, but it doesn't take much for me to get back on track. Also, movies such as rocky 4, rudy and other sports films, inspire me to get off the couch and work out.
BB Accomplishments:
Currently, my major accomplishment was losing 20 lbs. throughout the past few months.
I'm sure we've all had moments when either a co-worker annoys the bejeezus out of us or perhaps your boss is constantly riding your back about deadlines or performance, so to speak. Hell, if you're anything like me, I get riled up with road rage when i encounter stupid drivers.
(5 minutes of cardio as warm-up, preferably exercise bike)
Machine Bench Press: 4 sets of 8 (1 warm-up set with light weights)
Incline Bench Press: 3 sets of 8
Skullcrushers: 3 sets of 8
Dips: 3 sets of 10 (switch up every week)
Military: Press Barbell 4 sets of...

Think its coming along pretty good im hitting two-A-days getting in an hour of cardio in the morning and liftin when i get off from work trying to get right for the Bahama's....hey do your thing dont be a stranger homie...

Thats how you do it homie...light weights more reps...gets you cut up also. Im good on this end home in NC chillin with the Fam for the 4th so im good. Hey Happy 4th homie!!!
Yea you have to watch the form homie. That will get you. Don't want to mess up anything no injury especially. Can't have you out of commission over there!

Not too much on this end bruh ..just trying to maintain. I feel you with the Body fat im trying to get rid of it myself. Keep putting in that work bruh and for sure it will pay off!
