Overall Goal:  Staying motivated is the key to my success. So far I have lost 10 Lbs!!

I actually started at the age of 15 and worked out 6 days a week for 9 years. I went to law school and did not have the time. I just started getting back into it a couple months ago now that my life has settled down.
