thanks man hah just saw your comment on my gym...yeaa some of those weights been in use for the past 40 years..by my dad..for some reason i cant stand commercial gyms though...i love the dark cold rusty dungeon feeling...ive had some CRAZY workouts in that basement but hey i mean stop complanin bout florida...id trade u my basement for ur weather

haha yea i been doin more of a bodybuilding routine..but after my national meet on june 7th im gonna get to and stay round 6-8% bf and clean bulk over the summer...i'll be using russian style training all summer which should add 100+ lbs to my total so i should be lookin at a 450lb+ squat 330+ bench and 540+ deadlift by the end of summer at under 180lbs..but next winter im dirty bulking to over 200lbs so when i cut next spring i can hopefully be around 180 lean how you doin though?

I KNOW its possible to get the way i look from home gyms, because ive lifted in a home gym from day one. I've just bought more weights as i get stronger. I dont even do many assistance exercises, just bench squat and deadlift and i think thats made me look pretty nice, after my next pl competition im gonna do a little more bodybuilding movements
