UberEv I saw your post about a possible partial tear, i have pretty much the same symptoms, accept i have no loss of strength, it just feels tight for my first couple sets of bench press, and its tight on lat pulldowns, how long did you take off for it to get better? did you still lift other stuff besides chest, did you still lat pulldown?
