Lose Fat and replece it with lean muscle. Something that I can buld on if I want to go further with it.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to lose 60lbs I want to do this by may of this year. I want to make sure that whatever I lose never comes back. I want to be able to run again, by that I mean sprint a 200m in 25 sec or less. this I want to do by sept of this year. I have alot of goals for myself. I will continue you to persue them. I really really hope I make it.
Hey Jermaine! Thanks. I have made some improvements this past year thanks to the direction of my trainer Nairo "Sweldup". Didn't (don't) like him all the time, but luv' the results ALL the time... *smile*
Aren't changes fantastic:). Yes you should post them and scream out loud that my body is finally changing (lol). Well maybe not. But it is a great feeling. Congrats on that. keep me posted and make sure to put up pics. pics keep me motivated not to fall backwards and that I am moving ahead. Some people think that yes, she's on a diet always is...You know what, it's all good, different this time around and time to prove to people what I'm all about. keep up the good work :)
