Hey just currently eating pretty clean mostly chicken breast and tuna. Just trying to lean out a lil before i shoot for my higher weight. so far so good. just started incorporating 15 min. light cardio in my workout. Weight is sticking right around 182-185 and losing a lil bit of excess bellyfat trying to really get some definition.

So why the passion for others who lift? How come you aren't getting into it? There of 3 different Nebraska Universities. You are probably thinking of UNL the Cornhuskers. They are the only Division 1 school in nebraska. I go to UNK they are in a different city and are division 2

Hey yea that is how i found out Arnold was a bodybuilder. I used to work at a best buy and say it one day when i was working and bought it. One of the best movies ever..Still to this date Arnold has probably the most influential body ever!

Wow that is a lot! but oh well u didnt know any better. but yea i eat about 5-6 real food meals a day and then 2 shakes a day usually. No worries at least ur on the right track now!

Thanks for the comments...but no they are right around 16" i just got some good seperations and detail in my arms i guess. i went from being 130 lb. frame up to 180+ so just my muscle looks bigger on my small body frame. Looking pretty good urself considering you work out in a home gym and are 45...Keep up the good Work!

Hey thanks for all the comments so far. Defiantly pays off and really motivates me to keep working hearing all of that. Hopefully it gives you some hope as well. i mean i was a measely 130 lbs when i started and got here so if i can do it you can do it. Thanks Again! Ur making some good progress so far i think that if you cut up some more u could make those 17" guns look a lot bigger with some good lines!
