I wanted to get out of my runner physique! I ran cross country and track for 4 years in high school was pretty good but just didn't like the skinny ripped look.
Why I Love It:
Its an ADDICTION!! I love to just lift weights and watch my body transform!

Just wanna get HUGE!! I am very motivated and Hard working to reach my goals!

Not being able to Bench 95 lbs for like more then 2-3 times to going up to 225 10 times.

This is My starter Bicep Pic...About one of the only beginning pics i got with me Flexing! I will Try to find more but the Progress I have made is pretty Amazing!
Probably a month or so into my bulking about 11 months post-surgery from my finger. so about 11 Months of hardcore training is what these results are from!

Hey Riley, amazing transformation!! You are definitely on the way to gettin HUGE. Latest progres pic is awesome and looking swole with some great definition. I like in your progress pics starting in Dec 2007, the smile begins and continues and only gets bigger cause you know you are "getting swole". You've really added the mass. Keep it up!
