my abs are slowly coming along but not as good as most teens on this site i think. i want them to be more defined like say Addicted_1990 or nuttybl.

also i have no weights and need suggestions on how to build my back, pecs shoulders etc. push up, chin ups?

What you're doing is good! You can also try doing all upper body every other day and lower body every other day or whole body everything other day. You're a beginner to mass building, so doing this type of split should work best for you. It builds mass very fast!

What's your slipt like? You need to have a nutrition plan, if you're going to gain proper muscles. It's super important. You can't get muscles if you don't eat the right amounts of everything, everyday!

hey, sorry i missed you on im earlier, it was a hectic day, but i did the ab workout, lol it was murder, i only got through 2 sets, and i was like, i think i am done! it works way well tho, maybe sooner or later i will get abs like yours! lol
