What you're doing is good! You can also try doing all upper body every other day and lower body every other day or whole body everything other day. You're a beginner to mass building, so doing this type of split should work best for you. It builds mass very fast!
What's your slipt like? You need to have a nutrition plan, if you're going to gain proper muscles. It's super important. You can't get muscles if you don't eat the right amounts of everything, everyday!
hey, sorry i missed you on im earlier, it was a hectic day, but i did the ab workout, lol it was murder, i only got through 2 sets, and i was like, i think i am done! it works way well tho,
maybe sooner or later i will get abs like yours! lol
