How I Started:
my brother started working out in September and wanted me to start, i did, and loved it. Trying to push more and more weight and try to out do your friends sounds like fun to me!
Why I Love It:
I love it because it lets me get fat off and not be worried about people seeing my body underneath my shirt.
How I Stay Motivated:
my brother and friends.

went from dumbbell pressing 30lbs to 40lbs in a week and 1/2

I want to get some muscle and lose fat so i get them defined

I have always been overweight from grade 4-6 in grade 7 decided not to eat, not good, i was pale and very skinny. So now in grade 8, I took a more reliable direction and decided to workout and lift weights. So I am now tryng to get a nice chest abs and defined muscles.
