Missed my weights workout yesterday due to being ill but due for some HIIT today so will see how it goes! Going to go outside and try it today, fresh air will hopefully do me some good.
Ouch!! 4 times, thats terrible. Its taken me this long to get thru just one. No surgery as yet but maybe later on. I am just working around it and increasing my cardio. Hope your weekend was a good one.
What happened, honey? Overtraining? Knee? Back? Hopefully, the PT can get you feeling good in no time.
I had to have 6 weeks of PT in June for my left knee. We all have some setbacks. Get some rest.
Hey, sorry to hear about the results. The illness certainly would not have helped. I dislocated my shoulder a while back and it still gives me trouble. Hopefully will be sorted very soon. Adrian
Hiya! I'm back at my aerobics classes now so the fat is staring to burn. My tendonitis is back with a vengance and it is hard dealing with the pain again. Because i'm at or near my target weight I tend to loose a lb every 2-3weeks so it is a lot slower...also i'm trying to keep and build muscle...you may loose next week..what's your target?

Hey Lisa, yes I am doing well. Have been getting some good workouts in lately. Have a doctors appoinment about my shoulder this morning, getting an ultrasound to help with the pain. Hope it helps. Hope your week 2 results are friendly :-)
The first day that I used it, I sweated it up and it short circuited the display screen. So I am returning it to get a new one. Note to self: Do not wear Gymboss inside your waist band.
LOL yeah a good workout will do that to you. I'm still feeling yesterdays session but its a good pain. (if there is a such a thing) Good to see you working hard at it.
Hey, Lisa! I wanted to tell you that I ordered a timer (internet) to use for HIIT training. You set the vibrator to go off at chosen intervals to let you know to switch up the intensity. You clip it to your clothes. No clock watching! I plan to use it when I walk/run outside. Walk until the buzzer..then RUN like a bat out of hell until the next buzzer...I'll let you know how it works for me.
