I feel good during and after a workout, but with my schedule it's not something I'm just dying to do. It's something I cannot live without. I want to be the best me I can be!
How I Stay Motivated:
My children keep me motivated, the need to keep up with them. But my biggest motivator is probably seeing myself in the mirror and not being satisfied with what I see.
DEFINITION!!!! I want to see the muscle I have and build on it!
Goal (Long):
I am determined to reclaim my body. I have given it to my 2 children over the last 3 1/2 years and I want it back. I need to lose another 15 lbs, save the muscle I have and build upon it. I need to see my abs and my shoulders. I want to get back what I had / the shape I was in 5 1/2 years ago when I got married. I would like to accomplish this before the end of March 2010.
So I haven't been as diligent about being on here as I should. I had a bad week last week. I am kind of stalling out.... I need to make myself get up earlier and do my cardio before my fam gets up. I just can't seem to squeeze it in any other time with chasing 2 toddlers. I know this is what...
I just started it and it feels good. I haven't checked to see if there are any changes. I will check on the 1st of November to see if there are any changes. It is different because I decided to put the emphasis on a different body part each day and up my cardio. It has really made a difference in my cardio so far. How is ur program going?
