A new year 2008 begins. A new transformation from here and then.
Goal (Long):
I have never come to a decision to change my body. In the next coming months I will strive to make a change in my nutrition habits, workout harder and keep improving on the body parts that need work.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I did not know I was making mistakes. I was totally clueless. I started new at the gym with a friend. During the first week trial had a dumb-ass trainer introduced us to several workout routines and would not explain what was going on. I was left on my own, my friend did not join. Went on my own 4 or 5 times a week training all body parts every day and not getting any results, just over worked out. What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Depends on the body that person has. Start with cardio then work throughout the program.
Called in sick today. Had a stomach ache. Got some things that needed to get done.
Felt better through the day and went to the gym. Improved on my cardio. I started slowly about year ago and I couldn't run for shit. My shins would give out, I couldn't handle it. Now I can run near...
