I have been working out to failure, eating clean, at least I thought. A couple weeks ago I weighed in, the scale said gain of 4lbs. and up 0.1% body fat. I was so happy, I thought I finally figured out how to gain mass with out adding to much body fat. I have been eating loads of protein,...
