You can do it girl!!!! Just keep working it out and remember something someone said in one of my weightwatchers meeting said: "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!" Not that we all want to be rails, but feel good about ourselves!

Well girl, don't congratulate me too soon. I don't have any kids, so I didn't have the obstacles women with kids have (snack food in the house;o) lol....so kudos to you!

Wishing you the best in your goals. If you are feeling like you have hit a wall with your weight, mix things up a little. You are doing great!

Well, the muscles on the insides of both legs are very weak and nearly non-existing :o( so if I step the wrong way or walk to fast, my knee can jump out of place. This might happen on either leg. Its an indescribable pain. I thought that I was safe in a cycling class because I had my braces on, and when the instructor told us to stand and cycle, my knee jumped out on the bike. The doctors say I need to strength my legs and the muscles, but there is not much I can do.

Hey Army Muscle. What types of exercises do you do to build up your legs since you've had your injury? I have a condition called bilateral subluxation of the knees and it is hard/impossible to do lunges/squats without my braces. Thanks!

Thanks a bunch!!! I need all of the support I can get. I am currently working F/T and in an MBA program. My greatest challenge is going to the gym and looking stupid, bc I don't know what machines are best for me, what weights I should use and how many reps to do. I also have something called bilateral subluxation of the knees which prevents me from doing any lunges, steping or dance exercises, so that can be rough, getting my cardio from anything other than bike or walking the treadmill.
