How I Started:
Basically, I use to feel and be really sexy and recently I have realized that I have packed the pounds on. I have been at 200lbs before and with diet and exercise have gone down to 165 which is my current goal. My eating habits are really not bad, I just need to move my a$$ from my desk at home and my desk at work! lol
Why I Love It:
I didn't have a reason last months, but since I have lost 8lbs and I am feeling better, eating better and have more energy, I love how it makes me feel!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stick these start up photos on my refrigerator and in my desk drawer at work! lol
BB Accomplishments:
Want to get down to a size 8 and trim my arms and thighs. I also want to strengthen my leg muscles due to knee problems. So I am just starting out....wish me luck!

Goal (Long):
My long term weight goal is to maintain 165LB to 170LBs. I like have some cushion. My main strengthening goal is to be stronger of course. My knee condition has kept me from doing a lot of the things I loved to do when I was younger: skating, dancing, modeling. I want to gain confidence and strength basically. I also am aiming to lead a healthier eating lifestyle. I am currently on a portion control program, vs a diet. I would rather be able to eat what I want in moderation and make healthier choices instead of depriving myself of everything. So far its working with moderate to high exercise 4x a week.
