Do not exactly follow a program, I do follow this I keep my sets at 3 and my rep range around 8-12. If I follow a strick workout plan I feel like I must do somethings, I like to just go with the flow and do what I feel like, it has always worked for me. I sometimes workout twice a day so I get two workouts, though I do not do this on my legs day |
