Hey don't even respond to these idiots who are bashing you and what you do. You helped me for free when I first got on here and never asked for a dime. I chose to go with you because your great at what you do. I hope people realize that you never asked for anything, you just offer it with no pressure. All the haters need to spend more time in the gym not on here.

I read that douche bags blog and after 94 comments I figured mine would be useless, but if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be making the progress like I want. Don't change a thing about what you're doing. Sometimes you just got pray about things and ignore these haters. Maybe Gods testing you to see how you handle it.

Don't take this the wrong way as everyone should have a chance to be number 1, but do you have any expertise in training and can you use that to help others? If so then great, but you are not leading by example with your pics and progress.

i had real bad tendinitos in my right elbow a month ago and it only bothered me working tris so I went real lite weight and high reps and now its not sore anymore, but now that I'm going heavy I hope it doesn't come back. Hope you get better man

Legs were killer yesterday. I'm actually a bit nervous about how sore I will feel this weekend. Thats a good thing right? Ha. Well I did the entire Leg workout, but I did Squats first instead of third. Do you think thats okay?
