How I Started:
I started seriously back in 02 and kept that up of and on till the end of 04. Then I used the excuse of getting married, my wife having a child, switching jobs...etc. and quit. I am officially going to start and do it the right way on 3/31/08.
Why I Love It:
Because there are no negatives to doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting comments from people good or bad keep me going. Mainly just seeing how far I can push my body and see the results.
BB Accomplishments:
....None. Post one when I accomplish something.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has influenced my wife to workout more, and even my young kids want to go to the gym and hit the weights.

I am severly sore. I am having to take the week of from overtraining. I have not taken a full week of from lifting in more then 3 months and am paying the price for it now. I used to take of every 8-10 weeks to let my muscles recupperate and grow. However i was stubborn this time and told myself...

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
