I started seriously back in 02 and kept that up of and on till the end of 04. Then I used the excuse of getting married, my wife having a child, switching jobs...etc. and quit. I am officially going to start and do it the right way on 3/31/08.
Why I Love It:
Because there are no negatives to doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting comments from people good or bad keep me going. Mainly just seeing how far I can push my body and see the results.
BB Accomplishments:
....None. Post one when I accomplish something.
Forum Signature:
This is all possible cause of God. I'll make sure to give him all the Praise and Glory for getting me started and getting me where I want to be.
I want to feel good about myself by what I feel and see. I hope to learn more about the BB industry so I may help others in the future with my past experiences and acomplishments.

So I'm watching the show "TRUE LIFE" on MTV cause while I'm getting ready to get called for work and it follows this guy who locked himself in his apartment for a year cause he was 330 pounds and unhappy with himself, so he quit his job, school and distanced himself from family and friends....
Nah, if I need a spot I'll usually just holler at someone -- the people at my Ymca are pretty cool. I go to the one on Douglas & Webb m-f I'm usually there from 3:30pm-6:00ish if you ever wanted to drop in, having a partner always helps!!!
DUMBELLS man! everything dumbells! When I started I slacked a bit on form, so I got used to using my left arm too much on chest and shoulder days. But the d-bells and one-armed cable stuff seems to be helping that out. Good luck man!!!
The diet will forever be "work in progress" for me...LOL Dymetadrine xtreme worked for me right away. I'm full of energy for my morning cardio sessions. I'm slowly easing into the heavy lifting side of the house. There are personal trainers at my gym and I'm thinking about hitting one of them up for guidance. But so far so good, I'm staying on track.
