My friend was a football player, both college and high school, and convinced me to workout. I've been in love ever since.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. I keep positive thoughts and the satisfaction of knowing that I am keeping myself healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of how I looked when I was 167 pounds with 6% body fat.

Gaining 20 pounds in 2 months and getting to 6% body fat 5 months later.

It has been that long since I last placed a blog or consistently checked my page. Man where have I been. One would think my progress has been great, unfortunately not. I have been way too busy with work (I sound like someone who does not make fitness a priority) and have been eating like a pig....

Current Supplements:
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Delicious Strawberry

Reason: I normally take it immediately after working out with wheat toast with p/b and 2 egg whites...

Reason: To gain as much pure, lean muscle mass as I can before doing any cardio and resistance training.

My Easter was really fun had the in-laws over and we had a blast playing Texas Hold 'em! I love poker! Well not closer just started cutting about a week and ha half ago! So ya it's torture for sure, but I am looking forward to the end result, and posting that bikini pic I will be proud of!
