How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I usaully rest a minute between sets beacause i hear that it's better to have longer resting periods to help gain more mass faster
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They don't use there correct technique or they exert them selves to much
