Are you a parent?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
My kids have moved out, but I hope that they will follow my lead and learn to live healthier lives.
I've been doing ok. Not working out much lately, motivation is pretty low right now and needing to find a job. But I did have a good weekend with my girlfriend! :)
hey bud, yeah i've been taking it easy lately, not been commenting quite so much lately but taking it in spurts. You doing alright? Happy Thanksgiving!
In my family, there are a lot of people who can cook real good, so holidays are always tough when it comes to managing my weight. I look at it like this, as much as I like to be fit, I like having a great time with my family even more, so I just deal with it and spend a few extra hrs on the spin bike to make up for it. Have a great Thanksgiving.
Hey, Glen. How's progress comming along? Legs are looking good. I'm finally back into it 5x/wk now, and it feels great. With me, once I get started, it becomes an addiction. I have to force myself to take a day or two off because I feel like I just wasting time if I don't w/o sometime during the day. Anyhow, let me know how you're doing. Keep at it, and have a great day.
Progres has been slow lately but I am still going at it! Hoping to shed some more fat by the end of the year! How about you? Jpw are you doing? keep me posted!
