Are you a parent?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
My kids have moved out, but I hope that they will follow my lead and learn to live healthier lives.
I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. I believe that you are well on your way and with your determination and desire you will be amazed with what can and will happen. I look forward to watching your progress. Stay strong, focused and dedicated.
That's great to hear. I just changed from a 4 day weight lifting regimen to a special pushup/chinup program designed to get you up to 20+ chinups in one set. So far it's kicking my backside at the end of week 1. Far more than the weights were, in fact. Overall great here. Slow on the weight loss, but in the long run I'm keeping my muscle. Hoping to finish this looong cut by the end of the year.
doin good, been busy. started to lift again and doin fine. diet is the problem that I have to get under control. How are things going for you
stay in touch
Thanks dude! Yeah, I need to check that out. Thanks for the reminder. Presently @ 9%. Hope things are going good with training...and diet! Have a great weekend!
Howdy Glen, haven't heard from you in a while. I see you're still creeping down on the weight. Nice work! How much longer is your general cut planned for? How's the eating going?
Hey, good to hear from you. I'm finally back at it 5x/wk now. Had slacked off quite a bit over the summer and was doing a lot of cycling instead. I did manage to loose a few extra lbs around the waist though. It is great to be back down in the basement again though. How's everything going for you? Well I hope. Anyhow, let me know how you're doing, and have a great day.
That's good!! Yeah, she called about 830 last night and said that she was at home finally. She is doing good. So, what is the workout for today for ya?? I got legs today, already ran 3.5 miles this morning for PT.
Awesome goal, buddy, hit the workouts hard and eat super smart, go lean and rip em up. Let's get that BF down where you want it. Like to see your six pack, bro. Keep bringing it. Peace, Rich
