Hey, Glen. Hope you survived Thanksgiving without too much damage. I was doing real well, until they brought out dessert, then I lost it. I did go out and ride 40 mi. on bike on Sunday, so hopefully I broke even. Let me know how things are going. Keep at it, and have a great day.
Thanksgiving was great. I did over eat and gained a bit of weight back but that can be easily lost. that although is my problem stayin focused on weight loss. if I could get that under control, things would be great
That sounds great!! I have gotten only one workout over the holiday to rest my shoulder and test it. Now that I am not sore in my left shoulder, I can get back to work!!! I am patiently waiting for tomorrow to come to get my butt back in the gym and hit it hard!! What is your workout for tomorrow?
