How I Started:
I've always tried to keep in shape. I use to play alot of sports and it kept me busy. Theres not much where I live to keep me going now so I have challenged myself to get bigger as I have always been quite small.
Why I Love It:
Seeing results is the best feeling. It's a great way to relieve stress and build confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having a workout partner has been keeping me motivated for the most part but I'm hoping this bodyspace will help as well. I don't find it hard to stay motivated but I don't want that to change either.

Oh you can do more than 3 plates a side! lol Do some strenth/hypertrophy splits...it will do wonders for your strength and developing size.
