I was always the skinny quite guy in school. My dad bought me one of the weight benches from Wal-Mart my junior year in highschool. We had it in the basement, it came with a little workout routine and I followed it but not really knowing much about working out at the time I was hungry for more knowlede and read every magazine I could get my hands on. After a few months of training when I could see the results of all the hard work that just made me even more motivated to keep going and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Just how much better it makes you feel, the pump and the confidence it gives you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm extremely self motivated, if you want it bad enough you'll do what it takes to get it done.

Entering the Body-For-Life Challenge, February 4th, aiming to get BF below 10% @ around 180Lbs. Improve on where I was last year and concentrate on legs.
My summer was great...did some traveling on long weekends and was somewhat productive. Enjoying the early fall now. Been feeling a bit tired last couple of days but a good solid workout should take care of that!
Thank you Eric. I just need to get a cardio program started up now to zap away a bit more fat layer before summer is in full swing. All is well. Are you competing this year?
Ok Eric I'm still waiting for you at the gym. lol. No joke let me know whenever you would like to come over and I'll see if can't get you in for free. It would be fun.
Hi Eric, Just wondering if you had made it over to Maximum gym yet. You look so familar to me. I know I'm seen you in person somewhere. May have been Wal-Mart. Anyways have a good rest of the week.
Thanks for the encouraging words. I am definitely locked in and determined. So I am here on body space to keep track and make sure I am progressing each month. Keep up your training and hopefully in a couple of months I can reveal some great progress.
