1quick1 I'm lifting at Arbrust Pro Gym now (same as Phil Heath). BG is in Morrison which is only like 15 minutes away and Strawser from the forum moved from MI in May. CM is in California but we still all talk from time to time on Facebook. It would be cool to get us all in the gym. Mar 11, 2013 12:22pm

wba111262 Thanks for the remarks on the friend addition. I's like to claim the calves (like I did something for them), but honestly...their my Mom's and Dad's...They passed them down. I guess years of breeding in the Appalachian Mountains. Though all of my family is obese, both have big legs and my Mom has a very strong back and wide shoulders...and my Dad was strong enough to "land her"! hahaha... Feb 28, 2011 2:25pm
