I was always the skinny quite guy in school. My dad bought me one of the weight benches from Wal-Mart my junior year in highschool. We had it in the basement, it came with a little workout routine and I followed it but not really knowing much about working out at the time I was hungry for more knowlede and read every magazine I could get my hands on. After a few months of training when I could see the results of all the hard work that just made me even more motivated to keep going and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Just how much better it makes you feel, the pump and the confidence it gives you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm extremely self motivated, if you want it bad enough you'll do what it takes to get it done.
BB Accomplishments:
Several years ago did a few Bench Press meets. Best I ever did was
385lbs. touch and go at 179lbs
350lbs. pause at 180lbs.

Time to cut, get BF below 10% and improve over where I was last summer.
Goal (Long):
Entering the Body-For-Life Challenge, February 4th, aiming to get BF below 10% @ around 180Lbs. Improve on where I was last year and concentrate on legs.

You are looking great and judging by your body and your blog you are ripping it up in the gym and with your nutrition plan. Keep the faith and believe in what you can achieve.

Thanks so much! How is the BFL program going? Are you doing their foods as well or your own? I have so many questions about that program. Like, do you do the number of exercises the way they recommend? Seems a bit light to only do one type of exercise and then just one sey of another. Or do I have it all wrong?
