How I Started:
After playing sports throughout high school, took some time off and got "skinny fat." Decided that being out of shape wasn't acceptable.
Why I Love It:
Good question. I don't know. But I need it. Working out has become an integral part of me.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror in my room. I haven't seen what I want to see...yet.

getbusteredchanged Weight from 165 lbs. to 184 lbs., a 19 lb. gain in 46 days
I've never been considered strong before, and I doubt many people look at my body in awe. I want to change that. I want to be in the best possible shape. My goal is to hit 200lbs and then cut to around 180. Long term I would like to be around 200lbs at 10%bodyfat or less. I'll get there.
