Still bulking here. I was 170 lbs. Looking at it now I wasn't eating properly -too much crap. I look FAT.

Taken this morning -cutting phase is decent so far. Around +/- 162 lbs here -need to focus on abs, forearms and shoulders.

My second month of bulking. I added 8 lbs in October. Which puts me at 168 in this pic. It seems the pounds hit my belly. -arrrgh! I hate that.
