How I Stay Motivated:
I will always want more -- mass, muscle and definition! ...NEVER SATISFIED!!
I'm not always motivated to work out, but I do it anyway. It truly has become a part of who I am. So now each workout and each meal has a purpose, to help me achieve my goals. For me working out and eating healthy has become a lifestyle, not just an activity I have to get motivated to do. So in the end I don't rely on motivation to keep me going strong. I set goals and focus on achieving them.

"I'm just regular" - A comment often repeated by Gymshark, but don't get it twisted. The dude is a ROCKSTAR!! He reminds me to go after what I want, which he does in abundance. Always encouraging me, egging me forward, telling me that my set goal is attainable. I'm quite critical of my body & my progress and he's more than happy to comment, "Quit being a lil BIATCH and bring your @$$ to the gym." Plus the dude has an endless supply of creativity, energy and weirdness -kinda cool I'd say.
Alright guys, this dude inspired me to hit my legs HARDCORE. Well he actually TOLD me to JUST DO IT. Being the mammoth SOB that he is, I listened. Not that I was skeered or anything. I mean I've cut down trees before, big trees. But it was clearly evident that he knew a lil something something about building mass. OK he knows a lot and he's willing to push (ya u big bully! -cough cough) I mean share that info with any and all who care to listen. So yeah, Khodiak is a Kool Kat indeed.

hahahahahah LOL!!!! WOW glad my guy at least wears pants!! He walks like he has a stick shoved up his ass!!! Im just waiting for the day when he falls over because his legs will be too weak to carry his body!! LOL
haha so funny that you said that!!! theres this guy that goes to my gym, and he works his upper body EVERYDAY!! he looks so funny when he walks its like a big guy with toothpicks!! lol I work my legs 3 times a week! I can feel the muscle but just cant see it yet!! SUCKS!! lol
haha thanks. I think there a little more defined now. I shall wait another couple weeks before I post more pics. Meanwhile I better work harder on my lower half to keep up with my upper half.
