I will always want more -- mass, muscle and definition! ...NEVER SATISFIED!!
I'm not always motivated to work out, but I do it anyway. It truly has become a part of who I am. So now each workout and each meal has a purpose, to help me achieve my goals. For me working out and eating healthy has become a lifestyle, not just an activity I have to get motivated to do. So in the end I don't rely on motivation to keep me going strong. I set goals and focus on achieving them.

Alright guys, this dude inspired me to hit my legs HARDCORE. Well he actually TOLD me to JUST DO IT. Being the mammoth SOB that he is, I listened. Not that I was skeered or anything. I mean I've cut down trees before, big trees. But it was clearly evident that he knew a lil something something about building mass. OK he knows a lot and he's willing to push (ya u big bully! -cough cough) I mean share that info with any and all who care to listen. So yeah, Khodiak is a Kool Kat indeed.
YOUR BET YA! HAD SURGERY LAST NITE WENT GREAT! HAD THE HERNIA REPAIR DONE THRU MY BELLY..SO NO STOMACH CUT WOUNDS ON ME..YEAH.. TAKE IT EASY NO TRAINING FOR 4WKS..BUT NEXT WEEK ILL DO WALK TRAILS AND CONTINUE TO EAT CLEAN TO STAY FOCUS AND READY TO BE BACK IN THE GAME IN NO TIME.. HAVE A GREAT DAY...:)

I JUST GOT IN FROM THE DOC'S OFFICE AND I KNEW I HAD A HERNIA ALREADY ALL THIS YEAR..SO TOMORROW IM HAVING SURGERY AND WILL BE OUT FOR 2WKS FROM TRAINING...SORRY:( BUT I MUST TAKE CARE OF MYSELF FIRST BEFORE I GO FURTHER INTO TRAINING...LOL:)
