How I Started:
I was very active & fit during high school and college. Put on some extra pounds and I didn't like my reflection in the mirror. So I decided to get serious about my body and my health.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me sane, cuts down the daily stress. And it's pretty cool seeing the results of my efforts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will always want more -- mass, muscle and definition! ...NEVER SATISFIED!! But when I actually think about this question I believe motivation is overrated. By that I mean, for me the ability to get excited or jacked up about working out and eating healthy isn't the main key anymore. In fact I'm not always motivated to work out, but I do it anyway. It truly has become a part of who I am. So now each workout and each meal has a purpose, to help me achieve my goals. As for me and many other members here, working out and eating healthy has become a lifestyle, not just an activity we have to get motivated to do. So in the end I don't rely on motivation to keep me going strong anymore. I set goals and focus on achieving them.

I had an ok cut going on but no mass to speak of -I was a skinny runt who am I kiddin LOL
First pics taken during bulk stage. Gained four pounds in 12 days. -166 lbs here.
Am great although suffering jet lag. Just got back from a 10 day business trip to Hong Kong and China. Looking forward to eating clean again & getting into rhythm @ the gym. Hope all is wonderful with you.
most of time time i pack my own lunch..but it gets boring..but i do eat out alot too..that's the bad part..but i still try to eat good when i go out to eat..try to stay away from the fried stuff..
lol...dude...a little nervous to weigh myself....with the cutting, i hate getting low, but i know the end result before and after bulking will be worth it.....i just want to eat a friggin double cheesebuger and large fry already!!!!!

OH YEAh I will!! Hey that is a funny avi, fine shadow-socks:-). I am trying to get better in stamina too, as I do alots of diferent excersizes without rests, especialy on those dual bars. pushups, kind of pushups, but hangin' down, than some excersize for abs, and again some for pecs and rest as litle as I can handle:-), hope that would work.
They blew it-I think they were thinking about this week's game w/Texas...as soon as Chase threw that 1st interception I was ready to start drinking...My husband is a Longhorn-he's a gloating fool right now-LOL
