Overall Goal: I've JACKED UP my workouts for the Summer! I need to focus on correct form and lowering my body fat. Plus I must remember that the gym is only part of where the work is done.

How I Started:
I was very active & fit during high school and college. Put on some extra pounds and I didn't like my reflection in the mirror. So I decided to get serious about my body and my health.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me sane, cuts down the daily stress. And it's pretty cool seeing the results of my efforts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will always want more -- mass, muscle and definition! ...NEVER SATISFIED!! But when I actually think about this question I believe motivation is overrated. By that I mean, for me the ability to get excited or jacked up about working out and eating healthy isn't the main key anymore. In fact I'm not always motivated to work out, but I do it anyway. It truly has become a part of who I am. So now each workout and each meal has a purpose, to help me achieve my goals. As for me and many other members here, working out and eating healthy has become a lifestyle, not just an activity we have to get motivated to do. So in the end I don't rely on motivation to keep me going strong anymore. I set goals and focus on achieving them.

my day is awesome.. i did 2hrs at the gym yesterday and today..so im feeling it..tomorrow ill be back at work at the hospital and ill be walking with a tail between my legs..ha,ha,ha.. how about you??lol

oh my goodness..nothing but fish & tuna for me lately. I have to do it....no temptations..I paid the price for the crappy foods I was eating.....in return I received a bloated stomach! yuck!!!
Wassup bro! I don't know man...feeling discouraged...training hard but not seeing any results. Gaining weight too since I upped my protein and less on cardio. Not feeling good.
