How I Stay Motivated:
I will always want more -- mass, muscle and definition! ...NEVER SATISFIED!!
I'm not always motivated to work out, but I do it anyway. It truly has become a part of who I am. So now each workout and each meal has a purpose, to help me achieve my goals. For me working out and eating healthy has become a lifestyle, not just an activity I have to get motivated to do. So in the end I don't rely on motivation to keep me going strong. I set goals and focus on achieving them.

I'm shrinking, jay. Weighing in in the low 190s these days. been trying to gain, but making no progress. I haven't really put for the proper effort as far as diet goes tho. I'll admit it. How about you? Doing anything different?

Oh, well, I'm okay. Changed gyms. Kinda had to 'cause I moved from NY to Chicago. Interesting how the orientation seems to be different here. From what I see it's more about sports and less about muscle size.

Decided to go to school for pharmacy technician. only takes a year, not so overwhelming. Today was my first day, it's pretty good, enjoying the class. Think I will miss the people when it's over.
