It keeps me sane, cuts down the daily stress. And it's pretty cool seeing the results of my efforts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will always want more -- mass, muscle and definition! ...NEVER SATISFIED!! I'm not always motivated to work out, but I do it anyway. It truly has become a part of who I am. So now each workout and each meal has a purpose, to help me achieve my goals. For me working out and eating healthy has become a lifestyle, not just an activity I have to get motivated to do. So in the end I don't rely on motivation to keep me going strong. I set goals and focus on achieving them.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
1) consult with a trainer or someone who knows more than you do.

2) know the correct form before worrying about how heavy you lift

3 out of 4 tests were 100%, yeah that's what I'm talking about!!! The last one was 98% - and ya wanna know why it wasn't another 100%? I'll tell ya why, I totally missed even seeing a blank spot on the test, and left it blank, and even double checked it! I knew the answer, just never realized that I'd missed it on the test. I was sooooo ticked off bout that one. Could have had a perfect streak on my first week of testing!

First Quiz...... ummmmm had 4 tests the 2nd week of school. Tues. was abbreviations and then medical terms, Wed. was top 25 drugs(brand, generic and classifications) and Thurs. was a history test. Oh yeah, lots of fun!
