It keeps me sane, cuts down the daily stress. And it's pretty cool seeing the results of my efforts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will always want more -- mass, muscle and definition! ...NEVER SATISFIED!! I'm not always motivated to work out, but I do it anyway. It truly has become a part of who I am. So now each workout and each meal has a purpose, to help me achieve my goals. For me working out and eating healthy has become a lifestyle, not just an activity I have to get motivated to do. So in the end I don't rely on motivation to keep me going strong. I set goals and focus on achieving them.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
1) consult with a trainer or someone who knows more than you do.

2) know the correct form before worrying about how heavy you lift

Oh, well, I'm okay. Changed gyms. Kinda had to 'cause I moved from NY to Chicago. Interesting how the orientation seems to be different here. From what I see it's more about sports and less about muscle size.

Training is goin good. I feel I'm on a roll with movin in the right direction. I'm doin some cutting right now. I wanna look good again haha. You're lookin awesome as usual, bud. How's it goin for you? Kaylie is still keepin us up at night here and there haha. Hopefully it won't be too much longer til she's on a decent sleep schedule.
