How I Started:
I have always been into fitness & nutrition, I know whats good and whats bad for my body but it has only been within the past few months I have really started to corporate a healthy balanced eating habit and a strict exercise regime. I enjoy it alot and get alot of pleasure walking out from the gym with my clothes soaking after a great cardio workout and my heart still pumpking after pushing my body with weights. I have learnt alot from my boyfriend who is a personal trainer and loves fitness and health, he has pretty much taught me the ropes of a great excercise scheme since being with him. Thanks!! If for some reason I cannot make it to the gym I always go for a walk/jog on the beach, the fresh air is always soo refreshing ecspecially after being in an office all day long.
Why I Love It:
I get a sense of acheivement each time I walk out of the gym, I always get a little smerk on my face feeling proud of my efforts and know next time...Ill just be pushing myself harder and harder to keep striving for better results.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend and I are concious of our daily food intake, He has taught me alot and with his strict diet for his up-coming shows is a great way for me to stick with cooking great low fat nutritious meals... I am inspired by other women who have achieved their goals and love reading their stories on how they did it..
