I've been working out on and off for several years. I would like to stay consistent at it though. I work out to get into and stay in shape.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results that working out give me.

hooah!merry christmas, we are all pulling for you guys from back here in the states.Remember adapt and overcome,keep bangin the PT.I will even do some extra ones in the front lean and rest position...ha ha...I salute you
