How I Started: I got deployed and hadn't lifted weights hard since high school. I noticed my physique starting to change for the worse so I decided I needed to tone up and get back in shape.
Why I Love It: Once I start seeing improvements I keep pushing myself to do more and more to attain the "perfect body".
