When I Started:
How I Started:
Well, I started just training for baseball, more ****ing around than actaully lifting, then i started to see results and got into it.
Why I Love It:
Makes my worries go away for the amount of time that I'm in the gym, boosts my self esteem, makes me better in sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the progress I've had over the years, and sports.
BB Accomplishments:
put up 4 plates for DL and squat and 3 plates for bench...all for the first time...all in the same week

recently had a 3 week drought from lifting, not from lack of commitment, but from exursion headaches...luckily starting tomorrow i should be well enough to start lifting again. i imagine that i lost a little bit of strength, but im excited to get back on that horse and start lifting again,...
