Nice progress yourself. I guess you're cutting since your weight is going down, but based on the last pic it looks like you've bulked, so I guess you're gaining muscle (or at least retaining it) while loosing weight. Good job
As for me, I really don't think I should be gaining 2.5 pounds a week anymore. Time to do cardio and cut back on the cals a bit.
