What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My acromioclavicular joint (AC joint) in my right shoulder. In July 2007 I benched my max 405lb. That was fine but I think that it was the constant strain on my joints with such heavy weight that it eventually got to where it is. I've had several cortisone injections with no relief. Dr. was cool and of course said well then don't bench that much weight anymore I laughed and so did he. Too much weight, incorrect form and too big of an ego to fit through the door.
