Overall Goal: I started a 6 month cutting cycle and wanted to keep mass. Right now I am at the 6 month mark and still have more to go. I'd just like to cut and have more definition while retaining the mass.

How I Started:
I played alot of sports in H.S and then joined the AF when I turned 21. I've been on and off with bodybuilding and lifting since I was about 16-17 years old.
Why I Love It:
Only you can make the changes to you! Self-motivation and determination. taking progress pictures and seeing results is whats its all about. Plus with good tunes its a good stress reliever!
How I Stay Motivated:
Have to stay in shape for my career and want to look good and stay confident.

July 2008 joined the 400lb Bench Press Club at my deployed unit with a max bench of 405lbs.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My acromioclavicular joint (AC joint) in my right shoulder. In July 2007 I benched my max 405lb. That was fine but I think that it was the constant strain on my joints with such heavy weight that it eventually got to where it is. I've had several cortisone injections with no relief. Dr. was cool and of course said well then don't bench that much weight anymore I laughed and so did he. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Too much weight, incorrect form and too big of an ego to fit through the door.
