Workout Program:
I AM BECOMING A NEW CREATURE. I HAVE DECIDED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. IT'S CALLED A ROUTINE. I KNOW IT'S CRAZY, BUT I NEEDED A CHANGE. I AM WORKING WITH AN IFBB PRO FOR THE NEXT 37 WEEKS. I HAVE DECIDED TO FORGET EVERYTHING I KNOW FOR THE NEXT 37 WEEKS. IT'S ALOT LESS VOLUME AND ALOT MORE WEIGHT AND INTENSITY. TODAY IS MY SECOND DAY AND THE WORKOUTS ARE VERY TAXING,BUT THEY TAKE MUCH LESS TIME. NO MORE 6 EXERCISE WORKOUTS. NO MORE UNGODLY AMOUNTS OF SETS. JUST 1 HIGH REP WARMUP THEN GO STRAIGHT TO MY HEAVY SET AND PYRAMID DOWN,KEEPING MY REP COUNT AT 8. (FAILING AT 8)
