my goal is to develop a competition physique !!!No matter how long it takes me !!!
Goal (Long):
write now i need to gain 20 lbs at least with the same procent of body fat . my body permits the high use of carbohidrates without gaining any unwanted fat .till now i have been able to maintain a harmonious body without severe dieting. i think my progress is fairly decent . in almost three years of bodybuilding i jumped from a weight of 60 kg with an arm measuring only 27 cm at a height of 1,87 to a weight of 87 kg my arm measuring 44 cm at the same height . i strongly underline the fact that i haven't used in my training any steroids or growth hormones .i am a big fan of mineral complexes and use them regularly . i still need a better development of my shoulders and legs but i think hard training should eventually do the trick . i was very happy when the bodybuilding classic competitions were introduced because they can help young people gain experience in the world of competitive bodybuilding and i think they can be a jump start for greater things to come in every bodybuilder's career.

the key of any good workout is diversity . that's why i always change my exercise routine at every workout . the muscle group routine is this :
monday - chest and shoulders
tuesday-back
wednesday -day off (extra carb loaded day)
tuesday-arms
friday- legs
saturday -muscle groups...
