Gym buddy, australian gap year and university rugby.
Long admirer of my gym buddy's lean defined physique and heading off on a gap year next year to australia to do some surfing so hopefully lean with reasonable mass by then for the classic beach body. Heading to uni the year after that so after my gap year hoping to build some lean mass and play as a openside flanker for my prospective university team.

Reduce the last of the weight that has been troubling me for the last year, and add lean mass, aiming for definition rather than large mass although a good size would be nice.
