preworkout meal-2 lean chicken breasts with 1/4 cup of brown rice

postworkout-protein shake

total nutritional values - calories-1400 (1200 deficit if im correct) approx protein-220g carbs- 30g fats-30g ish varies depending on chicken cooking method but that is average

Gym buddy, australian gap year and university rugby.

Long admirer of my gym buddy's lean defined physique and heading off  on a gap year next year to australia to do some surfing so hopefully lean with reasonable mass by then for the classic beach body.  Heading to uni the year after that so after my gap year hoping to build some lean mass and play as a openside flanker for my prospective university team.
