The feel of lifting weights and testing your limits and passing those limits.. it feels great.

Goal (Long):
Since I've started the gym, all I've ever done is lift weights. My biggest flaws are that I detest cardio and I love food that taste good; healthy or bad. Because of my hate of cardio losing that much fat will be the biggest challenge of my life. My first goal is to control my diet.
